Delivery

First class recorded delivery across the UK and Ireland*

We know the urgency of sending a gift box to someone when they are unwell, that is why we send everything first class via a tracked service.

Please note our cut off time is 2.00pm for orders to be sent out the same day** All orders after this time will go in to the post the following day.

If it is a Friday and you place your order before 2.00pm GMT, your order may not arrive until Monday. Any orders placed after this time will be sent on Monday as usual.

*Deliveries to Northern Ireland or remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or the Channel Islands may take up to 4 days with Next Day Delivery.

**Please Note - We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which is tracked and base our delivery expectations from their guidelines. Once an item is sent, we rely solely on their excellent service to get your care package to your loved one. The delivery side is completely out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible if there is a hold up with delivery.

Hospital delivery

In our recent experience when buying for someone who is in hospital there are a few things to consider before sending the Feel Better Box direct to the hospital:

Does the hospital accept deliveries for patients? Please confirm with the hospital that they allow for personal deliveries, we cannot be held responsible if the package doesn't arrive with the recipient.

Will the giftee be in Hospital longer than a couple of days? - If you are unsure, it might be a good idea to send it to their home if they have someone living there or to a close relative who can take the gift box to them when they visit.

What details do you need to add to for sending to a hospital? You should give as much detail as possible - the hospital name, address, ward name/number, bed number and the full giftee name.

What happens when the parcel arrives at the hospital? The parcel will go into their mail room or to the switch board room and from there we cannot guarantee how long it will take to arrive with the giftee.
