Refunds

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so if you encounter any problems with your Feel Better Box please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

We will base each refund decision on a case by case basis.

Broken Item?

We try and wrap our care packages as well as possible to ensure it survives it's time in transport. But if something within your care package is broken or doesn't appear how it should please let us know and we will sort out a replacement.

Hospital Deliveries

Delivering to hospitals can be tricky. It can take a day or two to go from the mailroom to the giftee and by then the patient could have been moved, meaning the care package is left waiting on the wrong floor.  Nurses are caring for the welfare of their patients, not of our care packages. But fear not. They are almost always found and sent on to the patient or posted back to us.

I'd advise checking how long your loved one is in hospital, often it's less time then you'd imagine and a care package would be equally well received when the patient is sent home to rest and recover.

No sign of your parcel? If you wish to call the hospital, ask to speak to the mailroom or ask reception how mail is treated in the hospital and who is best to talk to to find the care package.

If you've spoken to the hospital and it appears to have vanished, we will give them a call and see if we can help locate it too. There is nothing more heart breaking then a loved one not receiving your surprise gift so we'll do our utmost to help.

Wrong address?

It happens - as soon as you realise please let us know so we can rectify it before it is sent out. If it is already sent? It's ok, give me a call and we can work it out. You didn't give us the incorrect address intentionally. With a bit of luck, the incorrect recipient might even return the care package to us.

Out of Stock

We use small carefully selected businesses and from time to time we or our suppliers run out of stock.

We do try and keep up with these changes with our photography, but sometimes the stock changes catch us by surprise and we have to replace with a different colour or substitute an item.
